Hooks: notifications and document delivery

Configure webhooks for real-time notifications, SFTP integration and event-driven workflows via the PSB.

The PSB uses hooks to deliver events (for example a received invoice) to your system, or to offer documents through another channel. A hook links an action (where the document or notification goes) to one or more topics (which events the hook picks up).

Besides the hooks above, the PSB supports a few specialised hook types for specific platform and integration scenarios:

These hook types are configured and managed primarily by eConnect TechSupport. They cannot be set up independently via the API the way regular webhooks or email hooks can. |
