You connect Bizon Software with eConnect via connection keys. The configuration on the Bizon side is handled by Bizon Software.

Before you begin

An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
Your eConnect connection keys (App Key and Secret)

Setting up the integration

Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Create connection keys.

Step 2: Configuration by Bizon Software

Contact Bizon Software via bizonsoftware.nl/contact to configure the integration. They will need the connection keys you created in step 1.

Which subscription do I need for the Bizon integration?

A Basic subscription with eConnect is sufficient. No separate contract is needed to activate the integration.

Who configures the integration on the Bizon side?

The configuration on the Bizon side is handled by Bizon Software. You only need to create connection keys in the eConnect platform and pass them on to Bizon Software.

What if my invoices are not arriving after setting up the integration?

Check that your connection keys were correctly passed to Bizon Software and that your eConnect account is active. Contact Bizon Software for configuration on their side, or eConnect support for questions about your account.
