You connect QicsTime to eConnect in 2026 via connection keys. After the integration, sales invoices are sent directly from QicsTime via Peppol. The e-invoicing functionality is available from version 3.7.48. You need system rights in QicsTime to set up the integration.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Professional subscription
  • QicsTime version 3.7.48 or higher
  • System rights in QicsTime for changing the settings
  • Your eConnect connection keys (Key and Secret)
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Create connection keys.

Step 2: Set up eConnect in QicsTime
  1. Open QicsTime and go to Settings > eVerbinding (system rights required).
  2. Select eVerbinding as the provider.
  3. Enter the Key and Secret from the eConnect platform.
  4. Enter the email address of your eConnect account.
  5. Save the settings and test the connection.

The configuration in QicsTime works the same way as in QicsMilestones: you enter the connection keys in the provider settings.

Sending invoices

After setup, sales invoices you create and release in QicsTime are automatically sent via eConnect to the recipient:

  1. Create a sales invoice in QicsTime.
  2. When released, the invoice is automatically forwarded to eConnect.
  3. eConnect sends the invoice via Peppol to the recipient.
  4. The delivery status is visible in your eConnect Outbox.

  • The e-invoicing functionality is only available from version 3.7.48 of QicsTime. Check your version number before starting the configuration.
  • You need system rights to change the eVerbinding settings. Contact your QicsTime administrator if you do not have these rights.
