In 2026, you connect WhiteVision with eConnect via Quick Connect. Incoming invoices (both purchase and sales) are automatically delivered to your WhiteVision administration. The connection is set up in a few minutes and works via the Email Receiver: eConnect forwards invoices by email to the address linked to your WhiteVision administration.

  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription

Setting up the connection
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Create connection keys.

Step 2: Quick Connect
  1. Click Quick Connect next to the created connection.
  2. A new window opens. Press CTRL+V to paste the keys automatically. Click OK.
  3. Select the administration for which you want to receive invoices.
  4. Enter the email address linked to your WhiteVision administration.
  5. Check whether you want to receive purchase, sales, or both invoices.
  6. Check the confirmation and click Apply.

The connection is now active.

Receiving invoices

After the connection, invoices are automatically delivered to your WhiteVision administration:

  1. An invoice arrives at eConnect (via Peppol, email, or the Email Receiver).
  2. eConnect automatically forwards the invoice to the email address of your WhiteVision administration.
  3. WhiteVision processes the invoice and makes it available in your administration.

You can receive both purchase invoices and sales invoices, depending on the settings you chose in Quick Connect.

Tip: Want to adjust the settings later? Go to Connections in the eConnect platform and click the relevant connection. There you can change the email address or adjust the connection.
