Setting up the connection
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Create connection keys.

Step 2: Quick Connect
  1. Click Generate Key and then click Quick Connect.

  1. A new window opens. Press CTRL+V to paste the keys automatically. Click OK.

  1. Select the administration for which you want to retrieve invoices.
  2. Set a start date for retrieving invoices.
  3. Enter the email address linked to the Exact Multivers administration. This is not the email address of your eConnect account.
  4. Optionally fill in the date and email address for sales invoices.
  5. Check the confirmation checkbox and click Apply.

The connection is now active.

Frequently asked questions
How does Quick Connect work with Exact Multivers?

Quick Connect automatically creates a connection by pasting your connection keys via the clipboard into the configuration window. You select the administration, set a start date and the connection is immediately active.

Can I connect multiple administrations in Exact Multivers?

Yes, you can set up a separate connection per administration via Quick Connect. For each connection, select the desired administration and the corresponding email address.

What if pasting the keys via CTRL+V doesn't work?

Check that you clicked Generate Key before opening Quick Connect. The keys must be on the clipboard. If it still doesn't work, you can also enter the keys manually via the connection settings in the eConnect platform.
