Connect Twinfield via the Email Receiver for sending. Receive via Basecone.
Note — Peppol connection ending on 31 December 2026. Wolters Kluwer (parent company of Twinfield) has launched its own Peppol Access Point. As a result, the Peppol partnership between eConnect and Twinfield will end on 31 December 2026. Customers who send invoices via Peppol through the eConnect-Twinfield route must arrange an alternative before that date. Contact eConnect support for advice on your options.
In 2026, you connect Twinfield with eConnect via the Email Receiver. Sales invoices are sent by email from Twinfield to eConnect and set up as draft invoices, which you can then send via Peppol. For receiving purchase invoices, you use the Basecone connection — Twinfield and Basecone work together for automatic delivery.
A separate Basecone connection is required for receiving purchase invoices. Basecone delivers invoices automatically to your administration. See Connect Basecone with eConnect for the setup.
Not via the Twinfield connection itself. For receiving purchase invoices you need a separate Basecone connection. Twinfield and Basecone work together for automatic delivery of purchase invoices to your administration.
Invoices are sent by email from Twinfield to the eConnect address and set up as draft invoices on the platform. You then review the invoice and send it manually via Peppol.
A Basic subscription with eConnect is sufficient. No separate contract is required. The connection works via the Email Receiver (Trusted Sender) and only requires setting up a trusted email sender.
