Connect KING Software (formerly iMuis) with eConnect in 2026 using connection keys. The eConnect/eVerbinding licence must be activated in KING Software first.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
  • The eConnect licence must be activated in KING Software. If the eConnect settings are not visible, contact KING Software.
  • Your eConnect connection keys, EC-ID and username
Setting up the connection
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Create connection keys.

Step 2: Configure in KING Software
  1. Go to the Dashboard in KING Software.
  2. Click Menu and choose Financial.
  3. Click Invoice2King.
  4. Choose the eConnect invoices option.
  5. A window opens where you enter the connection keys, EC-ID and username.

The connection is now active. You can send sales invoices and receive purchase invoices.

Does the eConnect licence need to be activated separately in KING Software?

Yes, the eConnect/eVerbinding licence must be activated in KING Software before the "eConnect invoices" option under Invoice2King is available. If you cannot find the option, contact KING Software to have the licence activated.

Which subscription do I need for the KING connection?

A Basic subscription with eConnect is sufficient. No separate contract is required. You do need connection keys, which you create in the eConnect platform.
