Connect Magic Promis with eConnect in 2026 via the Email Receiver. Sales invoices are sent by email from Magic Promis to eConnect and placed as a draft invoice, after which you can send them via Peppol. The setup is carried out by the Magic Promis support team.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
  • Magic Promis Basic subscription or higher
Setting up the connection
  1. Create an eConnect account and activate your organisation.
  2. Create a trusted email sender for Draft invoices.
  3. Contact Magic Promis support to set up the connection.
  4. Provide the eConnect email address to Magic Promis — they configure the export to eConnect.
  5. After configuration, invoices sent from Magic Promis are placed as draft invoices on the eConnect platform. You then review and send them via Peppol.

Who sets up the Magic Promis connection?

Can I also receive purchase invoices via eConnect with Magic Promis?

No, the connection via the Email Receiver is only available for sending sales invoices. Invoices are placed as draft invoices on the eConnect platform, after which you manually review and send them via Peppol.

Which subscription do I need at Magic Promis?

You need at least a Basic subscription at both eConnect and Magic Promis. No separate contract with eConnect is required. The connection works via the Email Receiver (Trusted Sender).
